Hotelul se află pe str Numancia, la 10 minute de mers de gara Sants și la 20 minute de mers de piața Spaniei. Este relativ usor de ajuns de la aeroport prin busul A2 care te lasa direct in piața Spaniei. Personalul este ireproșabil, recepția este deschisa 24/7, check-in-ul este rapid. Camera pe care am primit-o era mai mică decât mă așteptam dar foarte confortabilă. Curățenie s-a făcut zilnic într-un mod foarte serios, s-au schimbat prosoapele și lenjeria.
