Filoxenia Sea View este la 3-4 km N-V de Parga, în Anthousa, un sat pitoresc care se întinde pe colinele înverzite ce coboară spre ţărmul Mării Ionice. Există 2 Filoxenii: studio-urile, mai uşor de găsit, amplasate pe drumul principal şi Sea View-ul "nostru", situat în partea cea mai înaltă a satului, la doi paşi de biserică, oferind o panoramă superbă și multă liniște.
